management software solutions. To get up and running quickly, our support options
are tiered for the level of assistance you need. Below is a list of support services
that Corecon and its affiliated Value-Added-Resellers (VARs) offer.
Technical Support (Free)
Corecon Technologies is committed to offering timely, thorough and efficient resolutions
to your implementation and operation issues. Free telephone and email support is
included in your subscription service. Standard support hours are Monday through
Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM PST excluding standard holidays.
Online Help System (Free)
In addition to email and phone support, customers are encouraged to use Corecon's
extensive online help system which provides detailed information on each feature
as well as pre-recorded training videos. For new users, Corecon's Implementation
Guidelines show how all the features are integrated and provides a road map on what
to do first.
Online and On-site Training and Consulting Services (Paid Service)
Corecon offers full-service training for all of its products through its VAR channel.
Corecon's trainers have both construction industry experience as well as technical
expertise and are committed to maximizing the value of Corecon in one's organization.
Corecon trainers provide both online and onsite training options which will guide
clients on how to use the software and to adapt it to their specific needs.
In addition to training services provided by VARs, Corecon periodically sponsors
special 3-day training events held in a classroom training center in Las Vegas,
Nevada and Orlando, Florida. These events thoroughly cover such topics as: Estimating,
Bid Management, Project Management, Document Control, Job Cost Control, Construction
Accounting, and much more.
