Corecon's Estimating to Project Management Wizard eliminates double entry of data and helps you get projects off the ground quickly. Once an estimate is complete and the project has been awarded, you'll be able to immediately transfer estimate data to setup job cost budgets, contracts and subcontracts with one click.

The Estimating to Project Management Wizard enables you to:

• Develop Job Cost Codes based on an Estimate's Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
• Create a Prime Contract with Schedule of Values or Bank Draws
• Set Prime Contract Budgets for Cost and Hours by Job Cost Code
• Create POs and Subcontracts using Bid Items from Estimate

Specific Wizards By Company Type

Corecon's customer base is diverse: general contractors, homebuilders, subcontractors, and architect/engineering firms. Each type of company has its key requirements and Corecon understands this need. For example, many Production Homebuilders want to track their costs for the entire development and for each lot.
