At Corecon, we know that security is crucial to our customers. Significant resources have been devoted to develop a comprehensive security infrastructure to ensure that our customers’ data is never compromised.

Rackspace: Corecon’s Application Infrastructure Provider

Corecon Technologies, Inc. has contracted with Rackspace, a world class, Tier 1 application infrastructure provider (AIP), to manage all hosting of Corecon applications. Corecon made this choice, because Rackspace is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner. In addition, Microsoft recently honored Rackspace in the annual Microsoft Certified Partner Awards with Hosting Solutions Service Provider of the Year in 2004 and 2005. With Rackspace, Corecon customers can be assured that their data is safe and secure.

Rackspace’s infrastructure consists of a custom-designed facility with raised floors, HVAC temperature-control systems, and seismically braced racks. The AIP has physical-security systems, such as 24/7 secured access with motion sensors, video-camera surveillance, and security breach alarms. The AIP features redundant Tier-1 data centers located worldwide providing award-winning support, zero downtime, 1-hour hardware replacement and instant emergency response.

Uptime Guarantee

Corecon has a service level agreement with Rackspace which includes the following:

• 24/7 Server Monitoring using Microsoft Operations Manager
• Nightly back-ups (including weekends) of all systems and databases
• 99.99% uptime guarantee
• Instant emergency response

User Security Permissions

Corecon’s application and technology allow IT managers to assign security policies. The internal administrator assigns a named user one of 15 pre-established security roles
