Many construction companies struggle with estimating in their organization and often times it is their primary reason for looking at construction software. Construction firms also struggle with their sub/supplier bid solicitation process. Since most contracting firms do not self-perform everything, they require input from their subs and suppliers. Markups can be added to an individual item, section, or for the entire estimate. Plus, when you print out the estimate proposal, these Markups can be distributed across proportionally across the sections..
