Construction Project Management Software Features - Change Proposal Request (CPR)
Corecon provides the Change Proposal Request (CPR) feature to track and document
a request for change from inception to acceptance or rejection. Change Proposal
Requests are typically prepared as soon as a request for change is received or verfied
and ultimately sent to the customer for approval. If one or more Change Proposal
Requests are approved, a single Change Order (CO) can be created using Corecon’s
built-in wizards.
Within each CPR, one can describe the change to the scope of work, financial/schedule
impact, and the companies (i.e. subs/suppliers)affected by the potential change.
For the impacted subs and suppliers, Corecon provides free collaboration capabilities
where they can document their own financial and schedule impact. This capability
will streamline the entire process of requesting pricing, gathering it, and organizing
the information for the proposal. In addition, wizards are available to create Subcontract
Change Orders (SCO) and Purchase Orders (PO) for the impacted subs and suppliers.
