    Upload Word Templates

I've been uploading word templates to improve the exportability of reports for our company. I noticed that I can upload world template for estimate bid invitation. It allows me to upload, but I have no idea what the file is based on and where I can access it so it will export the correct data? The only way to export bid invitation (as far as I know) is to click on the magnifying glass next to the reports section for estimates. Please advise if there is a way to do this.

    Ryan -

For the future versions of the product the customization of Bid Invitation template will be available.

    Thanks,

    Re: Upload Word Templates

I keep reading about future versions of the product through the Forum posts. I like the online product ability to be able to release future versions without a download update or re-release or something another. How are these versions/releases done? Are they done on a continually basis, like a few features at a time? Or do you hold off and do 1 or two major releases per year?9

    Ryan -

Product updates are done on a continual basis, we make minor changes or updates (new reports etc.) to the product every 2 weeks although any bug fixes are resolved faster, We also do major updates about 3 times a year, the next major update is planned for end of September and you will hear about it soon.

During the major updates we do have a scheduled downtime, which is usually over a weekend.

    Thanks,

    Maulik
