The Job cost codes are ordered by the item numbering, whereas the estimate divisions are ordered by the Division codes and they are alphanumeric. Some sample ordering of Estimate divisions would be

• 1
• 10
• 11
• 12
• 13
• 2
• 3
• 4

So if you have a code structure as above, change the structure to

• 01
• 02
• 03
• 04
• 10
• 11
• 12
• 13
